Lots of volunteers are needed for the tasks that are listed below. The sign-up sheet is posted in the sanctuary. If you cannot stop in the building to signed up, call or e-mail the office (585-889-9896 or fpc3600@gmail.com) and your name will be gladly added to the volunteer list!!!!

Monday, October 31 start at 4 PM
- Make Cranberry Relish – 10 volunteers
Wednesday, November 2 start at 10 AM
- Cook Squash (no peeling or cubing) – 6 volunteers
Friday, November 4 start at 4 PM
- Peel Potatoes – 10 volunteers
- Assembly Line Set-up – 6 volunteers
- Bag Dinner Rolls – 4 volunteers
Saturday, November 5
- Early Kitchen Duty – start at 8 AM – 2 volunteers
- Fill Cranberry Relish & Coleslaw Containers – start at 9 AM – 8 volunteers
- Parking Lot Set-up – start at 10 AM – 4 volunteers
- Cut & Box Pies – start 10 AM – 4 volunteers
- Traffic Flow – start at 2 PM – 5 volunteers
- Roast Beef Slicers – start at 2:30 PM – 3 volunteers
- Incoming Meat & Food Carriers – start at 2 PM – 3 – volunteers
- Gravy Maker – start at 2 PM – 2 volunteers
- Gravy Container Fillers Start at 2:30 PM – 3 volunteers
- Potato Mashers – start at 2 PM – 2 volunteers
- Take Out Assembly Line – start at 2:30 PM – 16 volunteers
- Meal Carriers to Entryway/Bag and Pie re-stock – start at 3 PM – 6 volunteers
- Entryway Take Out Coordinators – start 2:30 PM – 2 adult volunteers
- Outside Meal Runners – start at 3 PM – 8 volunteers
- *Dish Washers – start at 4 PM until kitchen is cleaned up – 6 volunteers
- *Kitchen Clean-up – start at 4 PM until kitchen is cleaned up – 6 volunteers
